During a recent interview uploaded on Waymo’s YouTube Channel,Wyatt Russellindicated that he hasn’t seen a script for the massive crossover. Principal photography on the massive movie that will bring the Earth’s Mightiest Heroes back together has already started. Considering how the film will premiere in theaters less than a year from now, it might be disappointing for fans to hear that the star behind John Walker hasn’t read the screenplay for it yet.Avengers: Doomsdayis currently set to hit the big screen on June 14, 2025.

Wyatt Russell was introduced as John Walker during the events ofThe Falcon and the Winter Soldier. The television series featured Sam Wilson (Anthony Mackie) struggling to embrace his role as the new Captain America. Walker functioned as a negative reflection of Steve Rogers (Chris Evans), with the character constantly breaking the law and representing a threat to everyone around him. Wyatt Russell has worked as a main player for the Marvel Cinematic Universe in recent years. The fact that the actor has been recruited forAvengers: Doomsdayshouldn’t come as a surprise to fans of the franchise.
