Sinnershas now completed its third full weekend in theaters, but the vampire horror film from writer/directorRyan Coogleris still showing no signs of slowing down at the box office. After grossing over $3 million on its third Monday,Sinnersnow sits at a domestic total of $182 million and an international total of $57 million, giving it aworldwide haul of $240 million.Sinnerspremiered one week earlier thanThe Accountant 2, but that didn’t stopMichael B. Jordan’s thriller from leavingBen Affleck’s action flick in the dust on Monday, with $2.4 million more coming from even fewer theaters.Sinnersdid fall short ofThunderbolts*on Monday, which earned $5 million afterchanging its title toThe New Avengers.
Sinnerskicked off its box office run with a $48 million domestic debut, which made it the first film to dethroneA Minecraft Moviefrom the top of the box office rankings. However, this wasn’t its most impressive accomplishment. After a $48 million opening weekend,Sinnersdropped a miraculous 5% during its second weekend in theaters, adding another $45 million to its total and beatingRevenge of the Sith, which returned to theaters to celebrate its 20th anniversary. AlthoughSinnersfell 28% this weekend, it still added another $33 million to its domestic total, but it did give up the #1 spot toThunderbolts*, the second Marvel movie of 2025 that recently changed its title toThe New Avengers. AsSinnersheads into its fourth weekend in theaters, the film looks to pass both $200 million domestically and $250 million globally, milestones it should have no trouble sinking its teeth into.
When Will ‘Sinners’ Be on Streaming?
Warner Bros.has yet to announce whenSinnerswill begin streaming, but with the success it’s finding at the box office, it will likely be at least a few more weeks before the studio sets it for VOD release. The film will become available for rent or purchase on platforms likePrime Videoand Fandango at Home before it joins other Warner Bros. hits on Max. IfSinnershits VOD platforms before the end of May,it will likely begin streaming on Max sometime in July, but this information likely won’t be available for some time.
