Silois back on our screens, and we couldn’t be happier about it. We are huge fans of theRebecca Fergusondystopian sci-fi series on Apple TV+ and we are thrilled to exclusively reveal a sneak peek at the next episode of the series, which is set in an underground silo after an undisclosed apocalyptic event, with society regrouping for hundreds of years in underground communities. The series was a smash hit for Apple, with huge acclaim going to the performances of Ferguson along with co-starsCommonandTim Robbins, and the beginning of Season 2 has beenjust as compelling as the first seasonwhich came before it.

In our exclusive look at the episode, Ferguson’s Juliette is working alongsideSolo (Steve Zahn), the only survivor of Silo 17 that she’s encountered so far. Juliette is hunting urgently for a new suit so that she can return to her native silo to prevent civil war from breaking out, but Solo, having been by himself for quite a long time, is throwing 20 questions at Juliette to figure out how different or how similar her silo is to his. Juliette, as you might expect, cannot sanction his buffoonery and implores him to focus on the task at hand.

How Many Seasons Will ‘Silo’ Have?

In anexclusive interviewwith Collider’sSteve Weintraubearlier this year in April, Ferguson described how she felt that there was a natural ending point for the series, and disclosed plans for filming Seasons 3 and 4 back to back, with the fourth season serving as the closing chapter of the series.

“I believe that the show has an ending, and I know when that is. So that’s the answer. You will find out when the show is done. To be honest, I don’t think it’s a secret. The books are the books. It’s three books, andthe three books are divided into four seasons. So I believe, unless any Apple person is gonna jump on, I think we’re absolutely fine with saying Season 1, we’ve done. Season 2 is shot and coming out, and we’re now looking at green-lighting Seasons 3 and 4. And I think we would film them maybe together, and that would be the end.”
