Yesterday marked the premiere ofthe much-anticipated revivalof the beloved, zany animated series on theDisney Channel, and now, the first ten episodes are available to stream on Disney+. The figures reunite the genius inventors Phineas and Ferb in three dimensions, which looks as odd as you’d imagine, but nonetheless capturestheir classic appearances. Perry, meanwhile, gets three figures that depict his double life, living with the brothers and thwarting the schemes of the evil Dr. Doofenshmirtz at the behest of the O.W.C.A. under Major Monogram. While Perry is shown living the simple life of a pet, he becomes the elite Agent P when he dons his hat and stands upright. He looks more than ready to get back to work, but a variant of the figure, appropriately dubbed a Partridge on a Perry, puts the agent in a tight bind as he’s wrapped up and decorated in lights for Doof’s ideal version of the Twelve Days of Christmas.
ThePhineas and Ferbrevival marks the fifth season of the Emmy-winning animated series and picks upright where the kids left offwhen the show signed off in 2015. Helmed once more byJeff “Swampy” MarshandDan Povenmire, it brings the band back together for a new round ofincredible summer milestonesand unforgettable adventures. For the boys, that means breaking a few world records, all as Candace continues trying to bust them, and testing some creative new inventions, like a bread bowl hot tub, gecko gear, and a submarine sandwich that is actually a submarine. In the meantime, Candace will take her driver’s license exam, and Perry will finally go to the vet. This is just the beginning, too, as the dynamic duo and their palswere secured for two seasons.

It currently has a perfect 100% from critics onRotten Tomatoes, albeit with a limited sample. Collider’sAidan Kelleywas among those singing its praises, though,giving the premiere an 8/10and saying, “…Phineas and Ferbis still just as charming, hilarious, and heartfelt as it was when it first aired.”
