Collider has always been verypassionate about horror movies, which means we are always thrilled to announce a new title that immediately becomes a must-watch. Today, Aptitude Films allowed us to reveal a first look at their next movie,Jitters, which recently began production. The movie centers arounda detective who is investigatingthe death of a woman, but ends up discovering a lot more than he bargained for. Judging by the first-look images unveiled below, it looks likea dark and gloomy prisonis one of the main locations ofJitters, and within that prison there is averycreepy clown.
Aptitude Films also hinted thatJittersisa spine-chilling thrill ride full of twists, and we’re here for it. We all knowthe potential of clown charactersin horror movies—and even inaction-adventure stories—andJittershas the potential to become a title that horror fans think of whenever they think about these types of stories. Last but not least, it’s always fun to follow stories that dare us to figure out what’s real and what’s imaginary, andJitterswill also offer plenty of that to keep our minds busy while watching. Who Is The Team Behind ‘Jitters?’
Jittersis directed byMarc Zammit, who is following up hisdirectorial debutHomeless Ashes, and sophomore featureWitch. In an official statement, the filmmaker celebrated making it to his third feature film and revealed that the process has “deepened my passion for filmmaking.” Zammit also revealed that, as long as he gets to keep making films, he’s committed “to delivering compelling narratives and unforgettable cinematic experiences.” He added that he hopes thatJitterswill do just that:
